Decision Matrix Builder
Compare options side by side with weighted criteria so the best choice is visible, not just felt. List options, weight what matters, score each one — the math ranks them.
Step 1 — Your options
Add at least two options to compare.
Step 2 — Your criteria and weights
Weights are relative importance — any numbers work (1–10, percentages, anything). They are normalized automatically. A weight of 0 means the criterion is ignored.
Step 3 — Score each option
Score every option on every criterion (e.g., 1–10, where 10 is best). Any number works — decimals and negatives are fine. Blank scores count as 0.

The math is a flashlight, not the decision-maker. Does the winner feel right?
