How it works
Each scenario scores you on three sub-skills:
- Paraphrasing (0–3 pts) — can you reflect back what was said, accurately and in your own words?
- Emotion labeling (0–2 pts) — can you name what the speaker is likely feeling?
- Withholding judgment (0–2 pts) — can you pick the response that listens instead of judges?
